As Managing Director and Portfolio Manager, Kurt is responsible for developing and implementing investment strategy for clients. His responsibilities include portfolio management of equity and fixed income portfolios with analyst coverage in the industrials and energy sectors. Kurt’s background includes over nineteen years of experience in fixed income, and international and U.S. equities. Previously, he was Head of International Equities for the Principal Financial Group as well as President of his own asset management firm. Kurt earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Iowa State University and Masters of Business Administration from Drake University. He achieved the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst in 1994 and is a member of the CFA Society of Colorado. Kurt has been a guest on various business news networks, including CNBC, Squawk Box, and theStreet.com.

David has been managing institutional and individual investment portfolios since 1982. Before joining our staff he managed investments at the predecessors to Bank One Investment Advisors, Key Trust of the Northwest and Wells Fargo Denver. He has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Business School at the University of Colorado. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute, as well as the CFA Society of Colorado. David has been very active in the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute and has been a frequent guest on the business news networks CNBC, CNNfn, and Bloomberg Television, and has contributed to articles in The Wall Street Journal, Business Week, and The New York Post and numerous on-line publications.

Chuck is responsible for analyzing the technology, healthcare and telecom sectors and portfolio management of equities. He has over fourteen years of investment experience, serving a majority of that time as a small cap and mid cap equity analyst. Before joining our staff, he managed investments at Koesten Hirschmann & Crabtree and Security Benefit Group. Chuck earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from East Texas State University, and Master of Business Administration in Finance at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas. In 1997, he earned his designation as a Chartered Financial Analyst from the CFA Institute. Chuck is a member of the CFA Institute, DFW Society of Financial Analysts, and the National Association of Business Economists.

John earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and history, as well as his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin. John is a CFA charterholder.

Previously, Geri was a Senior Equity Analyst with Principal Global Investors. Geri earned her Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Iowa. She is a CFA charterholder and is a member of the CFA Institute.

Celeste Blackburn, CFA

Celeste administers the compliance program, implements and maintains policies and procedures, prepares and submits regulatory filings for the Management Committee. She brings over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, and comes to us from the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System in Washington, D.C. where she was a Senior Financial Analyst. Prior to that Celeste worked as an equity analyst, and then fixed income trader for the Employees Retirement System of Texas. Ms. Blackburn holds a BBA in Finance from Lamar University in Beaumont, TX.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Colorado State University with an emphasis in Finance.

Stefanie joined First National Bank in 2004. She moved to Tributary Capital Management after previously working for the bank as a Marketing Data Analyst. Stefanie is responsible for providing technical, analytical and execution support. She assists with securities trading, performance reporting, research and analysis of a variety of securities and management of money market portfolios and fiduciary accounts. Stefanie earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Colorado State University with a concentration in Finance-Investment Analysis. Stefanie is a Level I candidate in the CFA Program.
